Job Summary

•Receives clear work instructions. Does require additional instructions and guidance on new assignments. Typically works under immediate supervision and/or with close direction from more experienced employees.
•Learns and uses basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment, processes and systems, as well as department policies and procedures.
•Performs technical duties that are fairly routine, following standard procedures and guidelines. Handles situations that may require deviation from standard procedures in response to difficult issues. Uses expertise to deal with particularly difficult problems. Decides when to escalate issues as needed.
•Receives clear work instructions. Does require additional instructions and guidance on more complex assignments. May work with close direction from more experienced employees.
•Associates degree in electronics or related 1-3 of years job-experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Works in a team environment to achieve departmental goals and customer expectations.
•Shares in handling incoming call volume.
•Demonstrates communication (written and verbal) in a clear, positive, and professional manner.
•PC Literate (E-mail, MS Office Suite)
•English Proficiency
•Good customer service & communication skills
•Good Typing Skills. Exhibits proper use of grammar, minimum errors-
